- Represent the company in the delivery of projects
- Receive instructions on behalf of the Company, issue instructions and provide direction in order to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Deliver works safety
- Understand project objectives

- Develop and monitor construction programmes
- Identify and manage risks
- Manage and control changes to scope
- Monitor progress against cost plans

- Prepare project reports

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- CSCS
- SMTS, SSSTS and SEATS
- Computer literate
- SHEA Passports
- You will need experience within the civil’s and utilities sector
- Full UK Driving license
ESSENTIAL AND DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team leader
- Can work under pressure, managing a busy workload with a can-do attitude
- Self-motivated/Proactive
