We are proud to announce that blu-3 was shortlisted – and highly commended by the judges – for Employer of the Year (Small-Medium Business less than 250 employees) at this year’s Building the Future Construction Awards in Birmingham.
Although we did not take home the award this year, being recognised alongside leading employers investing in talent, culture and long-term skills development is an achievement we value continuously.
Representatives from blu-3 attended the ceremony, including graduates rising through our leadership development pathways, a reminder that our greatest strength is the people who shape our business and the futures we are building.
Being shortlisted and highly regarded by the judging panel for Employer of the Year is something we are incredibly proud of. Our people remain at the centre of every success we achieve, and recognition at this level reinforces our continued commitment to growth, opportunity and industry leadership.
