Further to the company’s previous public statement in April, the Board of blu-3 wishes to reiterate the following points in relation to an ongoing investigation by the SFO:
“Blu-3 adheres to the highest ethical standards and has a strong track record of working with global partners. Contrary to recent media reports, no arrests or charges have been brought against any current or former employees or directors of the blu-3 group.
We operate a strict anti-bribery policy, and we are cooperating fully with the SFO’s investigation, which we understand relates to historic matters dating back to 2014.
In the meantime, we remain committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, compliance and ethical conduct across our operations while continuing to deliver innovative solutions for complex infrastructure requirements, on-time and on-budget.”
