- Located across four local authorities so working closely with them was critical in ensuring they were kept up to date at all times
- One of the most heavily populated areas in London, where work could potentially impact residents
- blu-3 had to minimise delays upfront with planning a critical component for ground penetration radar, road marking and trial holes
- To avoid disruption, blu-3 liaised with all stakeholders to reduce disturbances
