- Extension of previous enabling works to support the main development of Building CLN2 including Earthworks, asphalt road construction and services
- 110,000m3 of imported stone for construction hardstandings, working platforms & storage yards
- Construction of building foundations, services & car parking for satellite office & welfare building
- Decant / demolition of all non permanent enabling works infrastructure & services
- Site clearance & landscaping for final development
