OVERVIEW

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a project or multiple projects within the Multi-Utilites division. 

KEY ROLE DELIVERABLES

• Represent the company in the delivery of projects
• Receive instructions on behalf of the Company, issue instructions and provide direction in order to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Deliver works safety
• Understand project objectives
• Develop your team
• Build and develop client relationships•Develop and monitor construction programmes
• Identify and manage risks
• Manage and control changes to scope
• Monitor progress against cost plans
• Manage quality process
• Prepare project reports
• Any other reasonable requests as required by management
• It is expected that of your behaviors and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu-3 company core values

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 

• CSCS
• SMTS, SSSTS and SEATS
• Computer literate
• SHEA Passports
• You will need experience within the civil’s and utilities sector
• Full UK Driving license

 ESSENTIAL AND DESIRABLE SKILLS 

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team leader
• Can work under pressure, managing a busy workload with a can-do attitude
• Self-motivated/Proactive
• Use of own indicative
• Honest and reliable
