Social infrastructure
By working in integrated teams with our partners, Blu-3 upgrades and maintains the utility infrastructure upon which we all rely, 365 days a year. Clean water, heating and power are just as important to us as they are to you because, quite simply, we are all the end users.
Blu-3 upgrade and replace key underground and above ground assets on behalf of the main utility providers. We always aim to minimise disruptions to existing operations and the public whilst, continuing to optimise value for money and delivering ever-improving standards.
In addition to this Blu-3 also supply dedicated fault teams to utility suppliers who, working all year round, do everything in their power to restore utility supplies quickly enabling you and your clients to concentrate on their lives.


Transport
Blu-3 wants to keep you moving. As the volume of vehicles on our roads steadily increases, it remains a key priority for us to ensure that the roads and footways upon which we all travel are safe.
Blu-3 has successfully assisted major contractors in the construction and widening of major roads and associated works. In our own right, Blu-3 have successfully built traffic calming systems and completed road and footway reconstruction programmes in complex and heavily congested areas.
We have developed expertise and a range of skills and capabilities in the management of the construction of complex road projects, including traffic management systems, earthworks and road works all of which help our clients achieve their goals on time and budget. We work hard to ensure that we optimise the lifecycle of all our works whilst adhering to statutory guidelines.

New Builds
Blu-3 takes full control, ownership and total responsibility for all aspects of the project, including interior design, architecture, build and project management. Our carefully chosen supply chain ensures that we supplement our own direct labour force with tried and tested skills which enables us to ensure the integrity of the original design is maintained along with quality and cost control.

Blu-3 have developed a thorough understanding of end-user needs which allows the company to be flexible, altering details and specifications at short notice, yet commit to completing projects of the highest standards of design and construction both on-time & on-budget.

Maintenance
Planned & Responsive Maintenance
Blu-3 Planned and Reactive Division (PRD) specialise in providing a planned and responsive maintenance service within the commercial, industrial, education and government property markets.
We have the ability and resource to supply all aspects of property maintenance, including minor repairs through to complete renovations.

Our skilled and professional workforce are fully equipped and possess the relevant qualifications to undertake any of your maintenance tasks. Our services are tailored to suit the requirements of our clients so you can be assured of a bespoke, high-quality output from a Blu-3 team.
 

An additional advantage of procuring our services is that all works are project-managed by our in-house teams, thus freeing up your own staff. Blu-3 is a multi-skilled workforce who will ensure that you will have no extensive supply chain to manage.
 

All works undertaken are completed to the relevant legislation and regulatory guidance in relation to planned maintenance including The Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2007 and Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
