Beech Partnership
Construction of an exclusive 14 luxury apartment development. Blu-3 were engaged on a design and build basis, managing all aspects of the build programme. Built using traditional brick and block construction techniques, this property is finished to the highest standards as dictated by the client's target market.

UKPN
Blu-3 (UK) Ltd worked with UKPN and MUJV to upgrade the existing power network as part of the ADCW programme on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. Acting as principle contractor to UKPN, our security cleared personnel support our client in their delivery of robust solutions and proactively identify issues at design stage, working within a Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) business model. These works include infrastructure installation (LV) including Jointing and reinstatement work all which support the capital works programme for the improvement of accomodation for military personnel.

Veolia MUS
Due to difficulties with their existing contractor, Blu-3 were asked to mobilise security cleared resources to help our client overcome a difficult period whilst remaining on schedule with the master programme. These works included deep drainage (circa 4m) diversions, construction of soak-aways, installation of clean water PE and new connections, including all chlorination.

Utility consultancy, utility mapping, location and feasibility studies. Temporary building supplies for construction, all S106 works, timber headings for the sewer connections

Skanska
Blu-3 worked closely with Skanska for this major project. We carried out various enabling works including trial holes. Utility diversions for electric, water, fibre optic cabling and telecoms. Blu-3 carried out all street furniture realignment for the new road system as well as all concrete reinstatement works. This job was time critical and all works had to be completed on time to meet the scheduled traffic switch.

Private Developer
On a design and build contract, Blu-3 (UK) Ltd. built a collection of residential housing units to our clients specific direction. More than a simple construction, this project required the sourcing of unique materials from often abstract sources and highly specialised construction methods. These properties are an example of our commitment to supercede our client's expectations.
